Service Request Forms

For your convenience, Central Electric has created secure online forms for opening an account, closing your account, changing your account information, or establishing new electric service.

Your online service form will be sent to a CEC Customer Service Representative who will process your request.

We will email you a confirmation when your request is complete.

	Open an Account  Request a new account for an existing home, business or other.
	Close Account Request that your account be closed.
	Change Account Info  Please let us know if your account information has changed so we can update our system.
	Establish Service for New Construction  Request service to a new home, apartment, manufactured home, agricultural/domestic pump or commercial site.
