E-Bill Payment
Central Electric offers a free service called E-Bill, which allows you to view your electric bill online. Optionally, you may pay part or all of your CEC bill with a credit card.
To sign up, all you need is your CEC account number and a valid email address.

How E-Bill Works
- E-Bill will send an email reminder when new bills are available.
- E-Bill gives you the ability to view current and prior billing information, payment information, and usage history graphs.
- You can use a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or a debit card transaction for payment.
- E-Bill will send an email receipt for a completed payment.
- E-Bill gives you the option of turning off your paper bill.
